Our goal is to ensure that every child and parent enjoys a joyful and worry-free experience. That said, we understand that issues may sometimes arise and we are always here to support you.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, one of the following conditions must be met:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the product is shipped. Orders that have already been dispatched are no longer eligible for cancellation under this condition.

2. Unused, Unopened Products

If you receive the product and decide not to keep it, we can accept a return within 10 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in brand new condition.

  • The packaging is intact and undamaged.

  • You contact us first before returning the item.

  • You provide a valid tracking number for the return.

  • Return shipping is at your expense.

⚠️ If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, we will not be able to issue a refund.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (rare, but possible), please:

  • Contact us immediately upon receiving the item.

  • Share photos or videos of the issue.

  • We will offer either:

    • A replacement part,

    • A full replacement, or

    • A refund (if the issue cannot be resolved).

In this case, the item must be returned within 10 days, with a valid shipping tracking. Customers must cover the return shipping cost.

  • Refunds are not issued for returns made without prior contact.

  • All refund requests must be made through our support email or chat before shipping the item back.
